RETURN WINDOW

 

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

 

 

ELIGIBILITY

 

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Have all original tags and premium packaging intact

• Be accompanied by a valid order confirmation

• All returns undergo a quality assessment before approval.

 

 

EXCHANGES

 

• Exchanges are accepted for size concerns or verified manufacturing defects

• Subject to product availability

• If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued

 

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images.

REVERSE LOGISTICS

 

• Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable

• In select locations, self-shipping may be required

• Approval is subject to post-receipt inspection

 

 

REFUNDS

 

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

• Timeline: 5–7 working days post-approval

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our end
