Cancellation Policy

At GRAXO, we process orders quickly to ensure timely dispatch. Because of this, cancellation requests are allowed only within a very limited time window.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must report the cancellation request within 2 hours of placing the order.

 

 

Important Conditions

 

  • Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been shipped.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after the payment has been successfully processed, except within the 2-hour cancellation window mentioned above.

Refund for Approved Cancellations

 

  • If the cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days depending on your payment provider.

 

 

After Dispatch


Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If needed, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy after the product has been delivered.
